ERWIN POSCHNER
After finishing school, I faced the question of which direction my professional journey should take. I consciously chose to combine my two major interests: the natural sciences and advertising. After several years in leading pharmaceutical companies, where I gained valuable insights into sales and marketing, I decided to pursue a long-held dream and founded my own advertising agency focused on pharmaceutical communication.
When time allows, I devote myself to my passions for photography and travel and regularly publish impressions and reports. I also stay active by playing tennis as a sporting balance.
I stand for long-standing, in-depth expertise in pharmaceutical marketing – with extensive experience across a wide range of therapeutic areas, particularly in oncology and gastroenterology. Within our working group TEAM APPROVED, we combine marketing know-how with scientific expertise to provide impactful, precisely tailored support for your specific challenges.
THIMO POSCHNER
From an early age, I discovered my passion for the natural sciences – whether it was studying mathematics with my grandfather or wishing for a chemistry set for my birthday. The experiments it contained, together with a small microscope, had a lasting influence on my career path. To this day, I pursue my fascination with the microscopic world of medicinal plants, an interest I have deepened through extensive laboratory training at university.
Equally important to me as intellectual curiosity is physical balance: playing tennis and swimming provide the ideal counterweight, keeping me fit and energized for new challenges.
My enthusiasm for science naturally led me to study pharmacy at the University of Vienna, where I successfully earned my Bachelor of Science. I am currently completing my master’s degree alongside my professional work and will soon graduate as Master of Science (Pharmacy).
I stand for solid pharmaceutical expertise, scientific precision, and many years of experience in both the medical field and pharmacovigilance. My particular strength lies in transforming complex medical and pharmaceutical content into clear, accessible messages and aligning them with strategic marketing goals. In doing so, I bridge the gap between science, regulation, and market dynamics—creating meaningful connections that strengthen positioning, enhance competitiveness, and drive sustainable success within the pharmaceutical environment.
